When we plant a seed in the ground, it doesn't suddenly turn into a flower. It needs water, sunlight, and care over time. As long as you look after it, it will grow.

Learn to sense your time with "traction" towards completing your tasks, rather than allowing "distraction" to sabotage task completion.
